What to put in job application when got fired?
My sister works for a foster care homes. She had uncontrollable high blood pressure at that time and have a change in medication that affected her mentally and physically. She started become forgetful and tired. She forgot to document the medication that the children are taking causing her to get fired. She wanted to work for another company as a child advocate that work closely with her previous work. What can she put on her job application on reason for termination? Thanks

I don’t think you necessarily need to put the reason. You can just say “terminated.” If they are curious they’ll probably ask you about it in the interview and you can explain your situation there.
