I have been driving since I was 16.. Now 56.. I moved out of the US to the Philippines 7 years ago but want to make a trip back for daughters wedding. My problem, my license expired. No I don’t have one from here either. Anyway I’m not sure whether or not it will even be renewed since I no longer have a US address. I’m stuck in the middle. Why is it necessary to retake the exams? It’s not like they have new road signs I wouldn’t understand…
