whats the cleanest way to remove copper from aluminum? (think of a radiator) i started salvaging these coils from cust-ies homes…i do a/c work. so every time i install a new heater unit…i destroy the aluminum coil assy…my only issuse/problem is it takes time../..and i dont want to spend money buying more tools then i got…

I have done this before. Couple way’s .I like the torch method .Aluminum melts at a lower temp. than copper . So use your oxyacetylene torch to melt it off. Or a hammer and chisel.
