i’m a yankees fans, so i don’t watch rays games all th time. just when the yankees play them. so, i’m watching the game, and i hear the kid announcing who’s up at bat. who’s the kid? does that happen all the time or is it just this game for whatever reason? i’m just asking because its a little unusual. most teams don’t have kids announcing

I think it’s for fan appreciation day because when they have that at angel stadium a kid announces the players for like an inning or two
