He doesn’t. He works out a lot. You can get that big without steroids. Even if Cena did take steroids and Vince tried to hide the fact he did, it would get leaked somehow that Cena took roids.

Yes. Ryback and cena do. I saw that picture when he was a kid. He was skinny as crap. Theres no way hes legit with his muscles. Im a cena fan, but ryback rules.

You see at the begining of every match cena is in, he starts to loose then all oh sudden, he does the AA and wins. Thats just fake to me. He gets beat up a little becase the wwe directors want you to get out of your seat and make you go “OH NOOO!” Its just a way to get attention. But yes, he steroids unfornatly.

I know everyone loves Cena for some reason, but yes. He might not be taking right now or recnetly, but look at him when he debuted and now.
