  • There are many tutorials posted on YouTube that are informative… You can watch those as well as asking your receivers coach the proper ways of catching the ball.. Good luck…

You would think that someone who has allegedly been a semi-pro WR for 6 years could give you more information that will help than getting a bouncey ball and a automatic football throwing machine.. LMAO…

  • To have your fingers touching when catching a football your hands would have to be giant! The idea of the triangle is correct, but your hands should be slightly spaced, otherwise the catch will never happen.

  • There are ways to practice catching by yourself. If you have some money, you can practice with an automatic football throwing machine: http://www.shopwiki.com/l/automatic-football-throw…

If not, you can work on catching by bouncing a bouncy ball off a wall, and catching it as fast as you can. This will help with your agility, awareness, and catching.
