First off you can try on stuff at JCREW and Banana Republic and try to find the same exact thing on EBAY. That’s what I do with shoes and I can usually find them for % less (even with shipping cost) on Ebay (and yes brand new). I’m talking about shoes from BCBG, Ralph Lauren, Cole Hans, etc. I never pay full price for shoes any more but the trick is always try on those shoes at a store just to make sure they fit and write down the exact shoe brand, model, and size.
You can also try stores like Filene’s Basement or Loehman’s for nice quality clothes. Sign up to receive coupons via email/mail. The only time I shop there is if I have coupons. (Same thing with dept stores like Macy’s – just sign up to get coupons and never shop there without coupons).
And of course, you can go to outlets and they are much cheaper.
You can also just wait until the end of a season and go straight to the clearance rack at your fave stores. I wouldn’t buy fall/winter clothes now. I would buy summer clothes.

I’m a fifteen year old girl and I also care about how I look, but I tend to be short on cash. I recently discovered something wonderful…Goodwill. You might think that they only have ugly granny clothes, but that’s so not true. You can find really cute, name brand things for like less then Walmart clothes. Near where I live there are a couple really good resale shops and I can usually find things I like there and things that no one else has. Try looking up resale shops in ‘your city’.Forever has a lot of cute t-shirt and jeans that aren’t very much. Like , dollar jeans. And you can shop online. But their jeans aren’t the best quality. Their t-shirts and sweatshirts and things are great though, and they have some really cute dresses. Target has some really inexpensive things in the clearance section. I hope I helped! Good Luck!
