we have our own factory in China to produce acoustic ceilings,I want to sell them to the US now, how can I find some one in US to work for me.(but I can’t pay any wage,all I can guarantee is to share half benefits when products are sold.)

Look for a Small Business Development Center in the US city where you would like to establish a base. Example at first link below. Oftentimes they are associated with a community college. The SBDCs sometimes have ideas as to potential partners looking to start a new business.
Some cities have a business incubator with staff who may know others who are looking to partner with a manufacturer. Example at second link below.
You should try test marketing your product to see if it would actually sell, such as on eBay. Unless your acoustic ceiling has some characteristic that is outstanding compared to the many other manufacturers already in the US marketplace (example at third link below), it might not be successful here.
There are also a lot of ASTM standards that are applicable to ceiling tile. E 1264 for proper classification, C 367 for strength. E 84 flammability is a big one. See fourth link below.
