Their physical bodies either rot, putrefy, burn, or are otherwise disposed of.

However, if matter can neither be created nor destroyed, then every part of a person has to be accounted for.

And, if for every action, there is an equal but opposite reaction, you (defined as a spark of awareness) are going to have to account for every action, good or bad.

So, my vote is for reincarnation, so that you can learn from past mistakes, pay off debts, and allow others to pay off their debts to you.

Strictly a guess on my part, there bodies are either buried or cremated but I believe that their souls go to either Heaven or to hell. Some souls are lost and roam the earth looking for the closure they need to crossover. Those are the ghosts. JMO

I think the day or the second your born ed, God assigns you this little soul. it stays with you all through your life, once you die-

your body goes back into the ground to rot- this little soul has to stand before God and be judged, then it either gets to go to Heaven or hell fire,,,, (Truth Mikey)
