Where do [non-urban-dwelling] birds go when it’s pouring rain?

  • Most don’t go anywhere in particular, but they are not as active either. They sit and face the rain and tolerate it as their feathers are mostly waterproof.
  • Some take shelter in leafy trees. I’ve seen other large ones (storks, cranes) just sit there and take the rain, though.

  • get wet.. they’re birds
