Are there 2 wires at the horn? If so one is hot and one is ground. The ground is activated through the column switch.

Not trying to be a smart you know what here, but if you have a diagram, you should be able to trace to the relay fairly easily.
the 75 corvette probably doesn’t have a relay , just a direct connection from steering wheel to horn
