Alternatively, are there any places online that offer shipping by this Friday for free or at a very low cost? I have a student that needs it by this Saturday and none of the vendors on Amazon.com offer 2 day shipping. I am looking for the name of a specific store, not just “go look in any music store.”

Not all places carry them anymore, and very few “music stores” ever did as they are no longer very popular. There are 4 violin shops in the Cleveland area, Google them, do your own research. If you are a violin teacher, you should already know them well.
