With little money, here are some of the businesses you can start.

Become a domain name reseller: You pay a small price to become a licensed reseller of GoDaddy services (top in selling domains). They will set you up with a web site which is fully functional. You will be able to select which products and services to offer from their admin control panel. All this can be learned through the tutorials provided. If you are not technically savvy, you can choose to outsource all support (technical and billing to the main company). There is a whole suite of products you can choose from. There is a low profit margin on domains but high on other products. Once you become a reseller, all you need to do is market your business. Another business that you can start at low cost if you are a good writer is full-time blogging. You will have no luck doing so if you will try to create spam blogs.
