Both are great here is the differences a dragon requires to fed salad a mixture of greens and vegetables as well as protein from either crickets dubia roaches or phoenix worms every day. A python will either eat every week or every other week depending on the age. So its up to you really some pythons I have had really enjoy being handled and loved to interact with people I had a 6 ft boa that I could take to the flea market pet stores and everything and she would let anyone hold and pet her

Go with a bearded dragon there way better. Snakes are just icky
