Struggling for the healthiest/tastiest choice for dinner…
Either 125g of noodles : 220 cals, 2 peices of ham : 40 cals and maybe with some broccoli : 10 cals
Altogether. 270 cals
Or
2g of anya potatoes : 150 cals and a tuna steak : 150 cals, altogether 3 cals
I know e second one has more calories, but the first has more carbs etc… Which one would be better?

This one! It has more protien and alltogether, better for you! But, brocolli is ALWAYS good, so you can add that to your meal as well!

Broccoli is basically a ‘free’ vegetable eat as much as you want just keep your protein + fat grams equal to your carb grams and around 3 cals.
Skip the potatoes and noodles and eat more broccoli. Carbs is what causes abdominal fat’
I’d go for the 1st. The ham has salt (essential for your heart) and protein, the noodles are carbs and you have vitamin c in the veg.I don’t worry too much about calories.
Chop and fry the ham in a little veg oil, add the noodles, then the veges. Add a squirt of soy sauce, a little chopped ginger (with the ham) is a nice idea and there you go. Supper in 5 mins!
