We are obsessed with ourselves and not other life forms. That’s a shame because we haven’t cataloged many species of insects and plants. There is a whole world out there we don’t even know about.
Those who are obsessed with diversity are often the ones who see people as a color rather than as a person.
In part it’s “monkey law” That is “See the strange, fear the stranger, kill the strange.”
It’s also common that those that don’t have a good opinion of themselves think they feel better by putting another group down.
