  • The colors of the sunset are determent by the way the light bins breaks while entering the atmosphere and the amount of atoms that are in the air.
    So if there is a lot of dust in the air the sand partials will break the light bin differently then there is clean air.

    Also, depends where you are geographically located on earth, the light bin has more or less atmosphere to go through.

    Lastly, if you are near one of the poles, some of the light bins will create spectacular colors in the sky while hitting the earth magnetic field. (Aurora)
