I have seen many or a majority of women wearing heels or platforms. It would be very uncomfortable to be at such an arch and trying to walk in those things with the stick under the heel.

Most of the time to get attention from guys. I personally only wear heels on special occasion. (Date, Ball, Wedding, ect.) Other than that, I prefer flat or low heeled shoes.
