Really, you mean to tell me that Manny Pacqauiao has agreed to fully random blood testing without a cut off date because every time someone says he has a member of his camp always comes out says otherwise.
They said that exact same thing last time and then Micheal Konz gets on 24/7 and confirms they indeed requested a cut off date.
Why can’t Pacqauio fans accept the fact that he hasn’t agreed to fully random testing. The only thing he’s done is change the cut off date.
