Why is a suspect being treated like a criminal?

I don’t understand why people were jumping and screaming in the street when the police caught ONE of the SUSPECTS in the Boston Bombings case, since being a SUSPECT is not the same than being a criminal. A trial should take place first to find out more about this case.

What happened to the rule of law and “innocent until proven guilty”?

  • Probable cause if not a confession, altho the confession may not be admissable due to Miranda.

And if he were treated as a criminal, he’d be in a prison hospital.

  • Tell me what this looks like to you? Freeze frame from video at the scene, suspect and at least one victim in the image http://3acef472ce67bde310cf-07f910c1d0e2…

  • When you resist arrest, you make yourself a target. If he’d been innocent, he wouldn’t have run over his own brother.

  • When i saw you were a madrid fan i was like “dawg this guys gonna be a boss” but then i read your question, and i can’t help but say that he is most definately a criminal ya dummy, or is it not a crime to shoot and kill police officers? even if they haven’t proven beyond reasonable doubt that they set the bombs, they still have absolute proof that he shot at police so.. #wrecked #trolled #getoffme #hala madrid #sorryihadtocallyounames

  • I’d personally pay your airfare to America for you to stand up in court in Boston and say this.

Please let me know when you’ve changed your underpants.

Wow! wasn’t he brave! Tried to kill himself rather than stand trial and explain his murderous actions, intentions and radicalisation! Yes – he really believed! LOL!!!!! filthy coward!

He’s already admitted it – keep up with the news.

  • You got that right, it’s a shame that people wont stand behind the law, and put it back into the court rooms.

  • He was in a shoot um up with the cops in the middle of a residental area. The people were cheering because they were happy to get him and his gun out of thier hood.

  • Well he threw grenades, tried a carjacking, killed an MIT officer, and shot at police resisting arrest. He’s a criminal right there.

In reference to the Boston bombings, he’s seen on camera around the victims, carrying the black bag the bomb was in before the explosion and without it not long before and after the explosions

  • Get off your soap box. He hasn’t been convicted in court yet. But do you really think that’s anything other than a formality in this case? Is there any doubt in your mind that he deserves to go to prison?

  • He shot at the police and ran over his brother in a stolen car THESE things were witnessed Save your outrage for the dead and maimed
