  • Well, I’m no psychologist, but kids often see their parents with an us vs. them mentality. Kids see their friends as people who are not only loyal to them (and worthy of loyalty in return), but also as individuals they have to impress. So, kids will go to great lenghts to please their friends, even at the expense of family. As for trust, if your kids see you with the us vs. them mentailty, then they may be wary of trusting you and will trust their friends instead.

  • well friends trust thier friends more than their parents because parents allways tell them what to do and they hate that we think we can do everything ourselfs! the only thing you can do is give them space because parents are always telling secrets and making fun of them and telling them about their past and they dont like that they like the future! so you should just let them have some space but not to much i hope i hoped
