I understand you are trolling but I will give a serious answer anyways. I imagine most baseball fans do not care for Nascar and vice-versa.
No matter how important the race I would find it extremely boring to watch a traffic jam drive around in an oval for a few hours.
Yes, the Cubs TV ratings have dropped 21.4% last year, but I am confused why you didn’t pick the Astros for this question. Their TV ratings are historically bad along with their attendance. Much worse than the Cubs.
