I suppose I would have to say Spain or Sweden. The people living there are very kind, helpful, friendly, relaxed, and open-minded. In Spain especially, most stuff is very affordable. Sweden is a bit more expensive, but if you were to live there and work there, I think you should be fine. The pace of life is not too hectic there either.
Depends upon your cultural standards and what your career occupation is.
Spain is pretty stable, plus it’s a fun place to live in, keep in mind you will need to learn spanish.
For me, it’s definately the UK since I speak English as my first language
