Would a hippie hairstyle be…?

I am remodeling my looks, even though the style I want is a contradiction. I want to dress as an antisocial hippie. By this, I mean I want to dress with natural clothing like a hippie might wear, although with a twist kind of like…Daria, or Darlene from the show Roseanne. Do you have any tips on what to wear to get this style? (I am not a fake, I just want to express my personality on the outside.)

I want a natural hairstyle, and so a hippie-like one. I don’t know whether a particular style expresses the natural look, or whether it is more of…you know, just growing out your hair with a middle part, not curling, straightening, or styling. Or whether it is more of whatever you want. If you know, could you please tell me or give pictures?

That’s not exactly what I mean, I just…ugh, I don’t know how to express my personality and the clothes I have don’t do it.

And also I have a general idea I just want to know if anyone has any ideas to better complete the look.

  • Use organic shampoo and stuff, not only will you be a little less fake, it’ll be good for you and the environment (that’s more hippie than clothing will ever be). Just let your hair dry naturally, wear it down or braid it while it’s drying to get waves.

    Those headbands that you actually wear around your head and not just on top? Sorry I can’t explain it better, but those are actually really cute and in style at the moment, so buy one or even better, go to an art supply store, buy a length of leather or ribbon and some beads and feathers and such to decorate it.

  • Hippies don’t wash their hair. Hippies are too stoned to care about what they look like, or have jobs. They eventually lead into a lifestyle of drug usage, addiction and abuse. Why would anybody want to be a hippy. Watch Forest Gump. That Jenny girl just ends up dead with AIDS at the end. Do you want to end up like that?

  • If you have to ask for help to express yourself on the outside it is not coming from within. You should just be yourself.
