My cat collar is too big..too loose…what should i do?

recently, i bought from internet a led flashing collar that is unadjustable & too loose for my adult cat. The collar looks like is suitable for dog neck. how & what should i do to make this collar fit to my cat’s neck?

  • Get a new one, return the other one or give it away to a friend or sell it. You can not make that fit your kitty without it being dangerous so get a new one.

  • You don’t. You take it off your cat because it’s a choking hazard. I’ve never heard of an LED collar for a cat so you probably bought a dog collar. Keep your cat indoors where it belongs and if you want ID for it get it microchipped.

  • Simple, buy a new collar from a store and make sure it is able to fit.
