Ant bites are behaving like allergy lumps?

my girl has skin allergeys and has very sensitive skin. she got some ant bites along her back weeks ago, they have never really gone away, did medicate and cream her, but every now and then they swell up and look new again? i use her cream from vet but it doesnt seem to help? should i go back to vets or will this take some time before they go away completely? my girl isnt too bothered with them but i am.

My dog gets them on his snout. They stay their forever and they eventually will go away. Don’t try to pop them because then they will grow back even worse or look like you haven’t done anything. We have never used cream on ours because our dogs have allergies.
