If I get a Telus, Rogers, Fido, Koodo phones can I unlock them and use them on Virgin or Are their Certain Carrier phones I can unlock and Use with Virgin Mobile?

Virgin Mobile Canada phones all use Cdma /no sims and are completely locked to only run on VMC. None of the other carriers can work on it.
VM will only allow other VM phones on their network. They control all this with esns (electronic serial numbers). If they didn’t approve it, they won’t allow it.
