  • Floyd is not only one of the best boxers of all time…he is THE best self promoter in boxing history (sorry Ali). 24/7 alone is a device of Mayweather for Mayweather with PPVs the prove him as a success in that arena…42-0 proves him to be a success in the ring. I would be more anxious to see these 2 in Faceoff than 24/7. 24/7 is almost not worth watching if Floyd isnt in it (real talk). Was there ever a moment without Floyd like the Sr vs Jr blow up. That more coverage than most fights. Fighters always say no one will fight them. Ortiz would fight Khan. Maidana will fight Khan. Shoot, McCloskey would love a rematch. I dont see Khan trying to give Prescott a rematch. Every fighter, including Manny uses Floyd to promote themselves. I watched one 24/7 with Pacquiao vs somebody where in the 1st 5 minutes the name Mayweather had to come up. It will be an interesting fight. I dont think this fight will create any patriotism. Floyd isnt loved by American media, which had made many US fans not like him either. Khan is liked by British fans, but not like Hatton was. These guys are the anti-heros of their country, although they are 2 of the best boxers in the world.

  • Mayweather needs to stop hiding from the best fighters like manny pacquiao with excuses about drugs / peds. mayweather is the greatest cherry picker and sucker puncher. If mayweather was so good, why does he need to sucker punch ortiz to win a fight? Mayweather just fools everyone to take their money and cheats his way to a fraud legacy.

    Mayweather is not even in the top 10.
