  • Robert Helenius the “Nordic Nightmare” I think is the aire to the throne in the

heavyweight division in professional boxing. He’s (16-0) with 10 KO’s that is a

very impressive record when you consider the big names that he’s beaten on

his resume three former World Champions all by TKO Samuel Peters, Sergei

and Lamon Brewster. This man is the next big superstar in the Heavyweight’s

division in boxing. I would say second to him would be Alexander Povetkin to

be one of the respected belt holders however, Alexander Povetkin has already

avoided fighting Wladimir Klitschko. Alexander Povetkin won a 4 man tourney

featuring Povetkin, Chris Byrd, Calvin Brock and Eddie Chambers. He was in

line to fight to Wladimir Klitschko in December 28 however, he withdrew out

of that bout, the IBF offered an option for Alexander Povetkin to fight Wladimir

Klitschko in a rescheduled bout sometime in 09′ however, Alexander Povetkin

declined on that option so, just like David Haye was avoiding both Klitschko’s

the same point can be made about Alexander Povetkin Helenius will dominate.

Other notable prospects and future heavyweight contenders.

    Tyson Fury

    Seth Mitchell

    Odlanier Solis

    Denis Boytsov

    George Foreman III

  • I see a revolving door like the 80’s. I can see 6 of these guys holding a belt at one time. non of them are dominate enough to have a reign. Chambers is the best skilled with Povetkin but both also have never tested anybody who was REAL and won. Chagaeve for Poevetikn was ok but not a killer.

  • You forgot Seth Mitchell.

Seth Mitchell is a few steps ahead of Wilder.

    Mitchell > Wilder.

Wilder is VERY raw, but he has good KO power. Mitchell, has had 24 fights and only 1 draw. No losses, he’s had 17 KO’s and 8 of them are straight KO’s. He’s recently fought Hector Ferreyro, a massive step up in challenge, and is going to fight Timur Ibragimov, another step up in challenge. He also has a good jab.

I agree with your list but I believe Mitchell deserves a mention.

The 3 I’d pick is Wilder, Mitchell and Fury. All have KO power.

  • Mike Perez, hes the next Mike Tyson!!

  • they are the least puzzling objectives to %. on on the grounds that they stand on appropriate of the pile- it extremely is not their fault this is a dung-pile. the full HW branch is at fault for the lack of ability-luster entertainment. The Klitchko’s are in simple terms doing what they could desire to as a manner to outlive appropriate and it extremely is somebody else’s activity to come again and rip it faraway from them yet so far no person has. the element being is undemanding, if something of the HW branch wasn’t so sub-par maybe the so-stated as ‘uninteresting’ Klitchko’s does not dominate and then shall we ultimately see them challenged.

  • Mike Perez could be worth a punt.

The division still looks flawed to me, even when these two retire.

  • Perez!!
