Any Madridista who wants him out doesn’t think about the repercussions on the club. First off, his goals are vital.Yes, the club can survive without him but he adds a special touch to the team.Considering that few players contribute to the goal tally Madrid would be on a scoring drought. In fact, he was a MAJOR factor in helping Madrid overcome Barcelona. I don’t blame Ronaldo for the losses. You’ve got to blame the team and the coach?What do you expect?One man do all the work while the other 9 just sit waiting to celebrate?If you want one of the best players in the world and history gone then something is wrong with you.

He does what he needs to do. He helps out as much as possible,but you also have to consider that without him this current Madrid will barely move. We saw it yesterday and against Borussia. Everyone knows he’s our strong point,so they use logic and aim to shut him down. What happens when you shut down him down?Madrid lacks offensive plays. Since no other player is willing to help him then Madrid suffers. A team that focuses on one player is Barcelona. Messi is their main poacher-like it or not. At Madrid the main scorers are the strikers,but hey!they never score and that by default leaves Ronaldo with all the responsibility. Removing Ronaldo would just add to the stress. The best thing is to find a manager who can bring the best out of the players and be very attack oriented,get effective strikers and create a system where the players help out one another and remove much of the individualism. Modern football is about team work not one man job.

Funny how you only pin point Ronaldo.You don’t even mention players who do nothing like Benzema and Higuain or the inconsistencies of Di Maria and Ozil in big games.They should all be scoring.

I am pretty sure Florentino Perez/Next year coach thinks different than you, Ronaldo wasn’t just marketing, he was the player that save your butts sometimes, like Beñat or Ruben Castro in Betis, when things don’t go on our way they always show a way to do it and save the day. If it wasn’t for Ronaldo, Man U would’ve probably won the game, and when they play agaisnt Barcelona he is the one saving the day. Cristiano Ronaldo is the only finisher in Real Madrid all other player have a bad finishing ( Callejon, Benzema, Higuain, and morata but he is youngster so it’s good).

Im a long term fan and yes I do remember the days of Makelele, Zidane, Hierro, Helguara, Guti, Figo, etc. I do think this CR7 centric style is dreadful, but he shouldn’t be sold. I think we should implement a style that focuses around Ozil. I have said why in previous questions, and am not going to explain it again, but that is what I think we should do. But if we do end up selling Ronaldo, I hope we send him to some rich Arabic/Russian/Chinese team.

@Mike: No you dumbfúck, the point is that Travis does nothing but bash Benzema then saying Ronaldo must leave. Of course we can be champion with Benzema, with other strikers like Falcao etc, but Travis believes our forwards are crap and that there are no others available, and you can’t deny Ronaldo scores most of Madrid’s goals. So my question to him is who in the world will score goals if Ronaldo leaves when he himself in the past said Benzema is crap and today said no strikers are currently available..
