  • Anything higher than a delta wave Isochronic tones work better

    I never really had anything unusual happen thats out of the way or interesting just different feelings.

    I do have a theory that you can get good results combining brainwave entrainment with the gazenfeld procedure but i never tried it.

  • I’ve used them for inducing lucid dreams, then I tried them to reduce stress and they also worked. I’m a big fan of binaural and isochronic tones. Good luck

  • They didn’t work for me.
    I only tried binaural beats for sleeping, and the only one that got me just for a few moments is Ketamine on I-Doser.
