When an object is accelerated, it begins to shrink (length contraction). The field of vision also begins to decrease. Does this mean the matter is starting to zero in on the source of its energy, the photon (which is a point particle that exists on the planck scale)? Is increasing time dilation a tendency towards photonic energy?

It means that in that particular quantum of space the universe is shifting its weight from mass to energy. I have no idea why or how. It could be a scientist mucking about.
