Hey i’m 16,5’7,145 pounds,got big hands, and play ball . I really need some training tips for basketball for now until the end of summer ,I’m very good at Defense, my handle is mediocre and i’m still working on my shot.any I don’t know my vertical but its pretty bad considering i’m 5’7 and can barley slap glass with one hand. Im a juinor Next year and I just needed some tips on how to make the team and workouts.I do have access to a gym,24 hour fitness specifically which also has a basketball court (btw idk if im really overweight but my arms are skinny but i do have some belly fat on)

-Trim some of the belly fat(could help your vertical)
-Exercise your arm and leg muscles
-Practice proper form and work on your shot consisently.
-Work on dribbling(run throughcones,dribble fast and low,practice not looking down at balloften,etc)
Idk if this will make you a great basketball player,but hopefully it will help
