I am the supervisor of our department,my immediate boss is always after the money.Even if Honorarium money is addressed to us she will have her way just to get it. Then she will say that she deserved it more than we do and will give us some if we do what she ordered us to do like,do some reports and she will give us incentive. In short she will control the money and make us work hard for it but the half of it will automatically be hers.She will divide the other half for all of us provided that we will obey for whatever work she will ask us.

I had a boss like that. First I quit and found a new job. Then I went to his house at night an poured a whole can of house paint I his mailbox. I also put up fliers for free guitar lessons with his phone number on it. I head that someone turned him in and he got fired and his wife lost a bunch of weight then left him. Now he earns money walking dogs.

What? This sounds like something that should be taken up with management and a set policy put in place so everyone knows what is happening. Talk to personnel to find out who should be dealing with this problem.
