  • Once built it is there for a while. In my area I pay extra to use wind energy and if more people want to pay extra then knew windmills are put up. Many of us do pay more and we recently voted ourselves a temporary rate increase to buy equipment.

    The answer is to educate the consumer about alternatives and develop the alternatives in your area. I live in New England where we get a lot of wind. And anyone any age can do what I am talking about, have meetings with balloons and snacks and talk to the young parents. Talk to entrepreneurs, even if they are hundreds of miles away, that means nothing to a businessperson.
