I’m sorry if I didnt make my question clear enough. It’s hard to explain and even harder to ask. see, I need to purchase these dvd games from off of a website, but unfortunately they dont ship to the US or Canada. So my cousin that lives up here in boston has family down in puerto rico and I was wondering if he’s able to activate a debit card with his puerto rico address so he can get the games shipped to his mother’s house down there so his mom can ship them up here to the states. is that possible anybody? thanks?

Puerto Rico is part of the US. So if the company your purchasing from does not ship to the US, then that probably includes US territories.
