Im 16 and i had my second interview 1:1 last week, thursday.It has been four days.I smiled a lot, answered all questions without stammering,did company research, said my pleasere,etc… and that particular chick-fil-a is only just opening.
What do you think my chances are?I’m getting a little scared they will just not call…

These places are not looking for up and coming young executives. They are frankly bottom of the barrel employers set up for high schoolers to pay minimum wage. If you came across as honest and really interested then you have a good shot at the job. Just wait a bit then send them a note asking about the position.
