I was driving home and it was cloudy and in the corner of one cloud was a whole bunch of random colours and shades mixed together in the one little spot. Why is this? Does it mean anything?

Sounds like it was either a Corona (optical phenomenon) or some kind of Atmospheric diffraction.
It also may have been that those particular clouds where quite prismatic that day, they can reflect light is some pretty amazing ways i can personally attest.
