So we have a cps problem. About 2 weeks ago cps came talking to my 3 brothers and I (im 16). They talked to my mom also about what was going on. Up until now, we havnt heard anything from them just that we know theyr coming sometime in less than a month to take a look around the house but we dont know when. The thing is, iv done reaserch that they do drug tests. I smoke marijuana &im wondering will they drug test me? If im not home when they come (which im usually not home) would they come back again to drug test me and talk to me?

Why is your family being investigated? If the allegation has nothing to do with drugs, they might not test anyone.
I haven’t heard of CPS drug testing the kids, although I suppose it could happen. Personally, I’ve only heard of them testing the parents. I suppose if you’re using drugs, CPS could make a case that your parents are providing you with inadequate supervision.
Why not stop the marijuana, at least until you’re 18 and out of the house? It would save you and your family a lot of grief.
Once CPS has a lead, they don’t give up easily. If they want to talk to you, then yes, they’ll come back, or else show up at your school. If your family does its best to get their act together–which includes you getting clean and sober while you still live there–then they’re more likely to close the case quickly.
