I need to get into a site that needs cc info but I have no cc, I carry cash and it’s not to buy just to verify, so I’m asking if you could make a fake credit card with expiration and cvv2 numbers. And I swear I won’t use this for purchases

You could try making up a false cc number but chances of it working would be extremely remote. If it doesn’t work you would be attempting fraud. If it does work you would be committing fraud.
Both are illegal and get you in trouble.
But the point is , it sounds very dodgy that you need to provide a cc number. I smell a rat !
