A cozy place for fine dining and entertainment like dancing (slow dance). It can be in a hotel, not too crowded or no loud music.

Slowdance is not a thing of Filipinos because Filipinos are concervatives. sorry but there’s really none, unless you have dinner in a private place or at home.
