Does it matter how long ive had my permit?

i took my first road test at 6 months and failed, and the second test at 7 months, and failed because i forgot one of the papers i needed.

this Wednesday will be the third time, and i have now had my permit almost 11 months, and have all the paper work needed

am i more likely to pass now than i was a few month ago?

and i took drivers ed, and my parents say i drive pretty good
