Feel like throwing up when I run?

I am training for a cross country. I get 20 minutes to run as much as I can. I ran last tuesday, wednesday and thursday and I usually do four laps with some time to spare. of the course (i think its approx 4 kilometeres) Today (monday) When we went out for the cross country run I did one lap and then I felt like if I run anymore I might throw up. I had one or two sips of water just before, a waffle and some stir fried rice about 30-60 mins before. I’m also nearly on my monthly. Usually i its my breathing, I breath in and out every two steps and for a while it works until I feel really out of breath and have to stop for a few seconds. Is there anything I can eat or something I can do to increase my endurance and skill? Thanks x

  • Was the weather warmer the past few weeks or days? Because I know where I live everyone on my team was getting bad stomach feelings because of the heat wave.

    Make sure your body is properly prepared, have you been eating and drinking in a flucuating pattern. Like do you eat a lot someday and not a lot other days. If so, that could be one of the problems!!!

    Personally I’d say it is something you are eating, and how much you are drinking of water.
