Getting in shape for Basketball and Girl's Lacrosse? Yeahhhh I'll do anything! ANY TIPS?

I’m a junior in high school, and well my grades are so bad I probably won’t be eligible in my mom’s “set of rules” to play sports. But just in case I can play I want to get in shape. I’ve been struggling with my weight for 3 years now.

So any ideas on what I can do to get in shape for Basketball and Girl’s Lacrosse, my resources and bank account are very limited.

In Basketball im a forward and center if we absolutely need me to be.

In Girl’s Lacrosse I am first home or left attack wing.

  • you gotta stretch run a mile evryday box a little (punching baG) drink alot of water keep a healthy immune system protien is really important URGENT!- DI NOT EAT ALOT OF CALORIES BUT DO NOT EAT A SMALL AMOUNT EAiTHER it can make you gain more weight

  • They do have pre-season conditioning in high school you know. If you can’t attend that just go out jogging, it only costs time. You probably have a lacrosse stick and a basketball so do some stick tricks and basketball tricks. You don’t need weights to work out your arms either, use soda liters or milk jugs that are full, But buying regular weights are pretty cheap.
