So prom is coming around, and I’m in a dilemma. I can either go to my senior prom stag or with one of my guy friends (who likes me) as a date. I don’t know what to do, because I only like him as a friend. I know I will have a great time if I went with him, but I feel like he is going to start expecting more and I’m very afraid of that. What should I do? Should i just tell him straight up that we’re going just as friends?
By the way, I don’t want to get into anything serious because I was in a relationship for all of sophomore and junior year. Senior year is supposed to be a year for myself and my friends, and I’ve kind of grown to be scared of attention from guys because a lot them become obsessed with me in an unhealthy way.
