My brother had a few of them over the years.
He has never had a power problem.
Depends if you’re talkin’ about shuttin’ down or startin’ up. You didn’t say.
If a new tower case, the power can not be shut off (under normal circumstances), to prevent inadvertent shut downs. The ‘Start’ button must be used.
If it won’t turn on after a shutdown, the button may be faulty or to warn you that the PC was not properly shut down.
In that case, keep holding in the button in (several seconds),and be prepared to have a CHKDSK (CHecK DiSK) done, or some other maintenance necessity.
PS: The same goes for forcing a PC shut down without using the ‘Start’ button. (Not recommended).
