My son father n I have partial custody of our son . N that’s only because I always did what he want . I hate the days and I want him all week n he can have the weekends . For the past couple of months the dather has been sending him To me on his days he’s suppose to have him because he’s having “bad days ” & he can’t handle our son so for the most part I’ve been having him all week. I really don’t want him with him one he has anger problems & two he’s doing drugs and I don’t want my son around that . Can I just claim full custody or will it be hell to get my son ?

You need to talk to an attorney. Only way for you to get full custody is if the father willingly gives up his rights or they are terminated by the courts if the courts think it needs to be done. There has be proof that he is on drugs so they would have to investigate your claims of him using drugs. Whole process can range from couple months to over a year.
