The concert is Kendal Calling! I haven’t even attempted to ask yet because I know the answer will be no but if I have some things that I can convince them with then that will give me more chance! I’ll be 16!
-The only thing I have so far is that kids can go with their parents so they might think it is safer…Although I need more!!! I’d love to go, ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED

Yes you could say that. Also give them something to work with like an emergency contact of the parent. Meet with one of the parents before hand. My dad always had to do that before I went or stayed the night with friends. After that, he would usually approve! Good luck!
