Help virus on my laptop?

don’t download avast its bad, use AVG,its free and better, but the anti’virus program won’t be able to remove these viruses. You better reinstall windows with your DVD

I think you should first make sure if it really is a virus…in your question..how can’t you surf the net exactly all this people keep on saying to download this and that, reformat your computer etc. but your not sure if it really is a virus. so check your files or programs that you currently installed first. Because it may not even be a virus. other possible reasons are.

-low/bad int. connection.when it say cant load page or something(SOLUTION—try reseting your modem?)

-if you cant even open the browser itself. Maybe because of a program you currently installed.(SOLUTION—Just uninstall the program.)

-etc.

just try to remember when the problem started to happen, and you will know or atleast have an idea of what really it is, if it is a virus or not.

It depends what kind of virus your computer is infected with.

First You have to backup all your imp documents to another drive.

Install AVG Anti virus or NOD Internet Security.

also install CC Cleaner and malware bytes. you can get it from malwareytes.org

First Run a full scan of your anti virus and then malwarebytes

when done remove the infected trojan,virus files

don’t restart your pc.

Run registry cleaner and scan registry for issues then fix it.

Restart your pc.

and you are done.

ok so most are free trials so i guess ya can see which suits you best or just get the free one. also it is possible to just use an online virus scanner like http://virusscan.jotti.org/en , and then just google the virus name and how to remove it… bleh pretty much all advice can give you

Well, goto another computer, download Avast Home edition (its free antivirus which is very good)

save the install file to a USB memory stick then insert into your computer and install avast onto it.

During install when it asks if you want to schedule a boot time scan say yes, and reboot the comp when it asks.

the computer will restart and scan your comp and should find the virus.

and download

malwarebytes anti-malware (free) – take care of malware. Trustworthy used by millions of people.

update this programs daily and it should protect you from most threats.

Try avg antivirus

dont do any free softwares…they also carry spyware and other bad stuff….if you can restore your computer to an earlier date…or just go get it cleaned…….dont download any of this other free stuff they tell ya…it will mess up your laptop more…trust me…i use to listen to others when they told me to download…AVG…AND OTHERS…dont do it….especially AVG….GOOD LUCK…
