So my mom has her own licensed day care, and in order for her to get more kids she needs to place more advertisements. We are going to put a banner on her car, but i would like to know how i can put her business online. For example if you google day care centers near__ (whatever city) her day care will show up? or if you look it up on yellow-pages or yahoo etc. Please be specific and with details for me to do so. The best way to be seen is to pay for Google Adwords. That way, she can target people in her area. So lets say she lives in Miami. She can go to Google Adwords, and tell them how much she is willing to pay for each click on the ad (usually between .04 cents to .60 cents per click for something like daycare, it depends on what competitors she has though because if they are willing to pay more per click, then their ads will be seen before hers). She can specify that she only wants people in Miami to see the ads, that way she isnt paying for clicks for people outside the area. So when someone from Miami searches for the phrases she specifies (day care, babysitting, miami day care, day care center etc.), they will see her ad on the first page of Google and if they click the ad, she pays for the click and it brings the people to her website.
